How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Hopefullyimpression Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about any of these:
- Your experience phoning or contacting Hopefullyimpression Restoration
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Hopefullyimpression Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@hopefullyimpression.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
