Hopefullyimpression Restoration is a referral service for homeowners. We help people with wet floors, soaked walls or a flooded basement find independent local water damage providers. That is all we do.
Who does the work
Providers do the work. We do not send crews, bring equipment or repair anything. Every provider in our network is an independent business. It sets its own prices, schedule and methods.
Why this site exists
Say you come home to a wet mess and start searching. You find a wall of ads, and it is hard to tell who is a contractor and who is just a middleman. We think you should know which one we are. We are the middleman, and we say so.
How your request is routed
You send a request through the form, or you call. We use the details you share, such as your town and the type of problem, to match you with a provider in our network that serves your area. The provider then talks with you about the job.
If you call, the call is routed to a provider. Availability varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability.
What we expect from providers
We ask providers in our network to be clear and respectful with homeowners. That means:
- Explain the plan in plain words.
- Give a written quote before work starts.
- Answer questions about scope and cost.
- Respect your right to say no.
We do not claim to inspect, license or certify any provider. Please ask each provider about its own licensing and insurance.
What we do not do
- We do not do repairs or drying.
- We do not set prices.
- We do not promise arrival times or outcomes.
- We do not tell you what your insurance will pay.
Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How we are paid
Homeowners do not pay us to send a request. Providers in our network may pay for the referrals they receive. Because of that, we want you to know our role before you decide anything. You can also compare other options if you wish.
